  I came in to get a pedicure and instantly noticed that they don’t line their water tubs, which is a slight sanitary concern to me, but I overlooked it. I proceeded to get my pedicure but then I decided I wasn’t liking the color I chose. I repeatedly told the woman I didn’t like it but she just ignored me. Finally, I got up to choose another color—why should I pay for something I don’t like, right? It was close to closing time so she got upset with me and started yelling at me to come back tomorrow. I left and I will never return there. Horrible customer service. I build websites for a living, I deal with customers who want to change things up all the time, I accommodate their wants, there is no reason she couldn’t have changed my damn nail polish color.
