  Lady with purple hair was very poor in customer service:
  After she butchered the cleanup around the ears on back for my son, I respectfully told her just do a full haircut instead , since it looked off & didn't want to offend her; Well she wanted to charge for both clean & a haircut & said "my time is valuable & I am not working for free & would have to charge for both! Not right !
