Had a marvelous pedicure and added on a manicure. BAD decision. She cut my nails uneven, didn't push back all my cuticles, and left three of my fingers bleeding. It was very painful. I frowned and she asked if it was alright. I said no and started pointing out the issues. She looked at my nails, assured herself that all was gone and walked away. They would not remove the manicure from my check.

This is very unfortunate because I would have been a return customer with that amazing pedicure.

If I was able to give no stars I would have. Very poor customer service especially on the phone. Went in to get a full set of nails while I was in store they looked good cuz of the lighting in the shop. After I left and was in better lighting I saw all the issues. The polish was not not right spots were missing. The nail itself was rough and not smooth like it suppose to b. So I called for a refund n they said they don't do refunds and hung up on me. I tried calling them back n they would answer n hang right back up. Then they turned off the phone so I wouldn't call them. Very poor service and customer service I do not recommend no one to go there.
