  I had my eyebrows done today by Anissa and she did a horrible job. I been coming to European Wax Center and this has been by far the worst experience ever. I told Anissa I didn’t like how she did them and she said, “well we can sit here and perfect them”. I didn’t like her snobby comment after she messed up my eyebrows. I let the front desk person who checked me out know I was unhappy and all she said was I can have another tech look at them. Like no!!! Why would I have someone take more of my eyebrows off to fix them? No concern what so ever that I have to walk around with these eyebrows until they grow back! My eyebrows are uneven, I have a patch here and there and I’m missing the end of my right eyebrow.
